Pueblo is home. I've lived and worked here since 1998, first in lending and then behind a camera, and I've shot everything from a one-bedroom on the east side to acreage in Pueblo West to the bigger houses up in Liberty Point.

Everything in Pueblo County is inside my free travel zone. No fee, no math, no line item.

Knowing the market shows up in the photos

A house on the east side and a house in Pueblo West are selling to different buyers, and the photos should reflect that. On a smaller home the job is showing space honestly and making the layout readable. On acreage it's the land, the outbuildings and the views.

I came out of residential lending, so I think about the listing the way you do — what a buyer needs to see to book a showing, and what an appraiser and a lender will want later.

Historic homes get extra time

Pueblo has a lot of them. When I shoot one I take extra frames just to record it as it stands, beyond what the listing needs. Nobody asks me to. It seems like the right thing to do.
